HTRI appoints new Board of Directors
On 1 August 2024, Heat Transfer Research, Inc (HTRI) elected its new Board of Directors. This board is elected annually by shareholders and includes a blend of full-time employees from member companies or Participating Affiliates (PAs) and independent directors who bring relevant business, legal, or technical expertise.
Tjark de Lange, managing director of Kapp Netherlands, is hereby appointed chairman (Chair). This appointment underlines the appreciation of his impact within the industry. The new board brings a wealth of experience and expertise and is committed to building on the solid foundation laid by its predecessors.

Since its founding in 1962, the company has focused on advancing heat transfer and fluid dynamics research at its cutting-edge testing facility in Navasota, Texas.
